Shipping Information

Dispatch times

Typically orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment received. Please allow for additional days during busy periods (ie. Christmas or sales) or public holiday (national and Queensland state holidays). Delays due to stock may occur, if this is the case we will contact you. Exceptions include pre-order items which can take up to 10 days to be dispatched, see terms & conditions for more information)

Shipping times

Orders that are to be shipped will including couriers such as Australia Post, Aramax/Fastway, TNT/Fedex & StarTrack. Depending on courier & location orders will typically arrive with in 1-7 business days. Please check courier freight times for estimates.

All orders will receive tracking numbers via email upon dispatch. Please refer to the tracking number link for an ETA.

Pick up/Click n' Collect

Collection from our home in Kurwongbah, QLD. Please do not just turn up unannounced. We are not set up for retail browsing and have pets and livestock out on occasions.

  • Orders placed online before 12pm, be be collected same day between 3pm -5pm (Monday to Friday)
    • This is on the condition that the product is in stock. 
    • Please await email confirmation that the order is ready before arriving
  • By appointment if the hours above are no suitable. Please contact us to arrange a time and day or await our email confirmation.
  • Once markets resume this will also be an option on Saturday mornings.

Retail shipping rates

Currently, freight costs are based on weight/volume of the product. This is due to the range of heavy and bulky items. Please use the check out to see freight costs. Any orders over 75kg will require a quote to be done, this is not free! We don't currently offer any free delivery on orders.

International shipping

Currently, we are unable to ship overseas, including New Zealand.
