Malaseb Medicated Shampoo

Malaseb® Medicated Shampoo is an antibacterial and antifungal medicated shampoo for dogs and cats.
It is indicated for the treatment of seborrhoeic dermatitis associated with bacteria (Staphylococcus pseudintermedius) and yeast (Malassezia pachydermatis) and is an aid in the treatment of ringworm (dermatophytosis) infections in pets.

What about conditioner?
In the case of seborrhoeic dermatitis in dogs it is recommended that after shampooing with Malaseb, Pyohex leave on conditioner be applied. This will help to achieve both the benefits of moisturising with higher antiseptic levels on the skin and coat along with an extended duration of activity.

Directions for use

Wet the animal thoroughly with clean water.
Apply Malaseb® Medicated Shampoo to your pet at several points and massage into the coat.
Using a sponge may assist with lathering and penetration of the shampoo through the coat.
Use approximately 1-2 mL per kg of body weight.
Leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes. Ensure your pet is supervised during this time to avoid ingestion or inhalation of the shampoo.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
