Nutriblend Small pellets were formulated by avian veterinarians as a palatable, balanced diet that helps to maintain a healthy weight.

Nutriblend Small provides your bird with the balance it needs for optimum feather development, tissue and brain function when fed as your bird’s primary diet (80% of daily feed consumed).
The remaining 20% of the diet should be made up of healthy fruit and vegetables (15%) and a small amount of treat foods such as nuts & seeds.

Daily Pellet Recommendation: Vetafarm recommends that parrots are fed a minimum of 10% of their bodyweight in pellets per day, for example:
50g Bourke Parrot (or similar): provide a minimum of 5g of Nutriblend per day
60g Plum-headed Parakeet (or similar): provide a minimum of 6g pellets per day.
100g Cockatiel (or similar): provide a minimum 10g pellets per day.
