Nutriblend Breeder Pellets

Breeding is a very nutritionally demanding time for birds. Their bodies require increased amounts of protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to help stimulate breeding, lay fertile eggs and rear healthy chicks.
A healthy and balanced diet also helps to prevent issues such as egg binding.
Nutriblend Breeder Pellets have been developed for use from 6 weeks prior to the start of breeding through to the weaning of chicks.

This diet provides balanced nutrition to ensure optimum health of parents and their chicks.

Made with fresh Australian ingredients, extrusion cooked for palatability, safety and digestibility and carefully formulated by avian veterinarians and nutritionists with over 30 years’ experience.

 Directions For Use:Nutriblend breeder pellets should be fed as a total diet, beginning approximately 6 weeks before breeding season and continued until chicks fledge. It is recommended that the birds be given access to fruit, vegetables, and native vegetation as environmental enrichment.

Chicks raised by parents being fed Nutriblend breeder pellets will wean directly onto regular Nutriblend pellets.

These feeding recommendations should be used as a guide only.
Be sure to check with your veterinarian for more specific information if your bird has special dietary needs due to a health condition.
