Milbemax for cats is a beef-flavored tablet used as a broad-spectrum Allwormer to treat intestinal worms in felines. Intestinal worms that infect cats can sometimes cause serious disease, especially in kittens.
When used monthly, Milbemax is an effective heartworm preventative.
Milbemax is suitable from 6 weeks of age and over 500g in bodyweight, multiple weight ranges are available to choose from to make sure you cats and kittens are covered.
Milbemax uses active in ingredient -
- Milbemycin Oxime is used as a broad spectrum antiparasitic to prevent and treat internal parasites & heartworm larvae.
- Praziquantel is an antiparasitic de-wormer commonly used against tapeworm
Milbemax is available in 2 tablet packs.
Heartworm Prevention
- Prevents heartworm disease when used monthly
- Heartworm disease is spread by mosquitoes that can be found in every mainland state of Australia.
Worms Prevention
- Treats and controls common intestinal worms - roundworm, hookworm and tapeworm
- Treats tapeworm transmitted by fleas, flea preventatives are recommended to help control infestations
Milbemax is approved for use in breeding, pregnant and lactating queens.
