Bravecto Spot-On is a topical treatment that protects kittens and cats against various internal and external parasites for up to 2 months. This formula protects cats against fleas, ticks, heartworms, lungworms, intestinal worms, and ear mites.
Bravecto Spot-On is suitable from 9 weeks of age and over 1.2kg in bodyweight, multiple weight ranges are available to choose from to make sure you dogs are covered.
Bravecto uses active ingredient -
- Fluralaner is used to treat and control external parasites such as flea and tick infestation
- Moxidectin is used to antiparasitic that is used to prevent heartworms and treat intestinal parasites
Bravecto Spot-On contains one pipette per box. For Larger cats over 6.25kg apply in two spots.
Flea Prevention
- Kills newly emerged fleas before they lay eggs and breaks the flea life cycle
- Treats and controls flea infestations for 3 months
- Controls pre-existing flea infestations within 12 hours
- Can be used as part of a treatment strategy for Flea Allergy Dermatitis
- Effective flea control with Bravecto prevents flea tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum) infestations
Tick Prevention
- Treats and controls paralysis tick infestations for 10 wwkes
- Controls pre-existing paralysis tick infestations within 48 hours of treatment
- Provides>95% efficacy against paralysis ticks within 72 hours after tick infestations for 10 weeks
Heartworm Prevention
- Heartworms are transmitted by mosquitoes and can cause significant lung damage as they migrate through the cat’s body
- Heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis for 2 months
Intestinal Worms Prevention
- Intestinal worms can cause gastrointestinal disease, malnutrition and anemia in cats
- Treats and controls roundworms including immature adults and adults
- Treats and controls hookworms including larvae, immature adults and adults.
Lungworm Prevention
- Lungworms can cause severe, life-threatening respiratory disease in cats
- Prevents lungworm disease caused by Aelurostrongylus abstrusus.
Mites and Mange Prevention
- Treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis)
Do not wash the cat in water within 3 days after treatment.
